REQUIREMENTS OF ART EXHIBITION IN THE
HISTORICAL ARCHIVES – MUSEUM OF HYDRA
Obligations of Artists:
• Outdoor Banner dimensions 8 x 2 m.
• Invitations – folders (around 150).
• Payment of mailing invitations cost
• 150 posters (approximately).
• Payment of Instalation / Removal of the banner.
• Printing of a flyer or Catalog of the exhibition.
• Transfer artworks to Hydra and return.
• Organisation of Opening event (small reception,Welcome drink etc.).
Obligations of Organizer (HAMY):
• Safekeeping and cleaning of the exhibition halls
• Putting up posters in central places of the island, columns, hotels and tourist shops in Hydra.
• Placing invitations on envelopes, addresses and transfer them to the Post Office to send.
• Press release and sending it to all relevant media.
• Send e-invitation to all recipients of our mailing list.
• All general details of the Opening event.
• Photoshoot of all highlights of the Opening event.
